Abstract
The kinetics of alpha 1-adrenergic response to noradrenaline was studied in isolated epididymal section of the rat vas deferens. Two discrete pools of alpha 1-adrenoreceptors differing by their affinity to noradrenaline, were revealed. The alpha 1-adrenoreceptors also differed from each other in their ability to interact with one or two molecules of the transmitter. Functional role of heterogeneity of the receptors is discussed.

在大鼠输精管附睾分离段中研究了α1 - 肾上腺素能对去甲肾上腺素反应的动力学。发现了两个对去甲肾上腺素亲和力不同的离散α1 - 肾上腺素能受体池。这些α1 - 肾上腺素能受体在与一分子或两分子递质相互作用的能力上也彼此不同。讨论了受体异质性的功能作用。
