Immediate results of complex treatment were studied in 185 patients with stage IIIa, b (T1-2N2M0 and T3N0-2M0) nodular breast cancer. Preoperative chemoradiation treatment incorporated microwave procedure. All patients had been radically mastectomized after Patey. The analysis included assessment of response and degree of treatment-induced pathomorphosis, versus age, menstrual function, site and histologic structure of tumor. Microwave procedure proved an effective component of complex treatment of stage IIIa, b breast cancer. Good results were obtained in patients aged 51-60 suffering adenocarcinoma.
对185例Ⅲa、b期（T1-2N2M0和T3N0-2M0）结节性乳腺癌患者进行了综合治疗的即时效果研究。术前放化疗采用微波治疗。所有患者均按照佩蒂术式进行了根治性乳房切除术。分析内容包括治疗反应和治疗引起的病理形态改变程度，以及与年龄、月经功能、肿瘤部位和组织学结构的关系。结果证明，微波治疗是Ⅲa、b期乳腺癌综合治疗的有效组成部分。年龄在51至60岁之间的腺癌患者取得了良好疗效。
