[Analysis of acoustic and vocal processes in children with Gilles de la Tourette's disease using dichotic listening tests].

A study was made of the specificity of interhemispheric interaction in realization of acoustic and vocal processes in children with Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome. 27 patients aged 8 to 12 years were selected for the studies. The research method used was dichotic listening. There were material differences as regards the method indicated in the control (normal) and experimental (patients) groups as well as in the experimental group as regards different disease entities. There were statistically significant differences as regards the method within the experimental group.
