[Postoperative monitoring after esophagoplasty using a gastric flap].

A clinical method has been developed for postoperative monitoring of the transplants in esophagoplasty which allows to timely diagnose +, correct and prevent ischemic disorders. Criteria of viability of the transplant and gastro-esophageal anastomosis were found. Hemodynamic transformation of the gastric transplant took place two-six months later. Two-six months later a hemodynamic rearrangement of the gastric transplant took place, while the amplitude of pulse oscillations in the distal portion remains less than in the transplant base.
