A clinical method has been developed for postoperative monitoring of the transplants in esophagoplasty which allows to timely diagnose +, correct and prevent ischemic disorders. Criteria of viability of the transplant and gastro-esophageal anastomosis were found. Hemodynamic transformation of the gastric transplant took place two-six months later. Two-six months later a hemodynamic rearrangement of the gastric transplant took place, while the amplitude of pulse oscillations in the distal portion remains less than in the transplant base.
已经开发出一种用于食管成形术后移植组织术后监测的临床方法，该方法能够及时诊断、纠正和预防缺血性疾病。发现了移植组织和胃食管吻合口的存活标准。胃移植组织在术后两到六个月发生了血流动力学转变。两到六个月后，胃移植组织发生了血流动力学重新排列，而远端部分的脉搏振荡幅度仍低于移植组织基部。
