In recent years, the incidence and mortality of advanced lung cancer in elderly patients have been increasing. However, the general acceptance of treatment more than best supportive care in the elderly patients is not optimistic, because the social-economic, family and other factors besides health care were involved in the treatment strategy. In this review, we summarize the current status and prospect of treatment protocols for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
近年来，老年晚期肺癌患者的发病率和死亡率一直在上升。然而，老年患者中接受超过最佳支持治疗的普遍接受度并不乐观，因为除了医疗保健外，社会经济、家庭和其他因素也参与了治疗策略。在这篇综述中，我们总结了老年非小细胞肺癌患者治疗方案的现状和前景。
