Under study were ways of spread of retrograde blood flow in different variants of disorders of work of the femoral vein valves in 106 patients with varicose disease. Incompetence of valves of the common femoral vein causes leakage of blood from deep veins through sapheno-femoral anastomosis or superficial veins. Injury of valves of deep and superficial veins is responsible for the involvement of communicatory veins connected with them in the pathological process. Grounds for different kinds of operations on veins for varicose disease are given.
对106例静脉曲张患者不同类型股静脉瓣膜功能障碍时逆行血流的传播方式进行了研究。股总静脉瓣膜功能不全导致血液从深静脉通过隐股静脉吻合口或浅静脉漏出。深浅静脉瓣膜损伤导致与之相连的交通静脉参与病理过程。给出了针对静脉曲张进行不同静脉手术的依据。
