BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE
The pathology of neuropsychological deficits in Parkinson's disease (PD) is incompletely defined.
METHODS
We investigated cortical thickness and neuropsychological performances in non-demented patients with PD and healthy controls.
RESULTS
Patients showed significant cortical thinning in right middle temporal and left fusiform cortices. Verbal memory performance was related with left fusiform thinning.
CONCLUSIONS
Cognitive and cortical changes in non-demented patients with PD are detectable and clearly related.
背景与目的
帕金森病（PD）患者神经心理学缺陷的病理学尚不完全明确。
方法
我们研究了非痴呆 PD 患者和健康对照者的皮质厚度和神经心理学表现。
结果
患者右侧颞中回和左侧梭状回皮质明显变薄。言语记忆表现与左侧梭状回变薄有关。
结论
非痴呆 PD 患者的认知和皮质变化是可检测到的，且二者明显相关。
