New synthetic pathways for novel C(3)-symmetric molecules featured with a thiophene-fused six-five-five carbon-bridged coplanar core structure have been established. The incorporation of thiophene as the constituent of a C(3)-symmetric core provides effective modulation of the physical properties and imparts extra flexibility for π-conjugated functionalization stemming from either the embedded thiophene or pendant aryl substitutions.
已经建立了新的具有噻吩稠合六-五-五碳桥共面核心结构的新型 C(3)-对称分子的合成途径。噻吩作为 C(3)-对称核心的组成部分，提供了对物理性质的有效调节，并赋予了来自嵌入式噻吩或悬垂芳基取代的额外的π-共轭功能化的灵活性。
