56 patients have been treated with cerebral gangliosides by the Authors. They underwent a maxillo-facial operation due to various pathological reasons (traumas, tumors, malformations). They presented secondary symptoms such as neurological deficits of the V and VII paired cranial nerves. The recovery from neurological sensitive, motor deficit have been positive, and the Authors have been encouraged to the therapeutical use of gangliosides in the mentioned pathology and to a wider experiment of the test product.
作者对56例患者使用了脑神经节苷脂进行治疗。这些患者因各种病理原因（创伤、肿瘤、畸形）接受了颌面手术。他们出现了如Ⅴ和ⅶ对脑神经的神经功能缺损等继发症状。神经感觉和运动功能缺损已得到积极恢复，作者因此受到鼓舞，将神经节苷脂用于上述病理情况的治疗，并对该测试产品进行更广泛的试验。
