The action of tiapride was studied in various dermatological conditions with predominant psychosomatic features. A total of 36 cases were evaluated and results were satisfactory in 23 patients and poor in the other 13 cases. The indications which responded best were the lichens, eczemas, psoriatic affections and neurodermatoses. Tolerance was generally satisfactory.
