Malpositioning of intravascular catheter is a known complication. We describe a case of a pregnant lady in whom dialysis catheter was inserted through the left internal jugular vein (IJV). It was molpositioned in the left internal mammary vein (IMV) which is very unusual site for a dialysis catheter. It was detected by chest X-Ray and confirmed by venography.
血管内导管位置不当是一种已知的并发症。我们描述了一例孕妇，其透析导管通过左颈内静脉插入。它被误置于左乳内静脉，这对于透析导管来说是非常不寻常的位置。通过胸部X光检查发现，并经静脉造影证实。
