Dysmenorrhea is frequently found in women during reproductive age. Clinically, two forms coexist : primary dysmenorrhea for which no organic origin can be found and secondary dysmenorrhea. In this situation, anatomic lesion can be recognized (mainly endometriosis, adenomyosis and intra-uterine devices). Diagnostical and therapeutical processing are described.
