The author describes two cases of bronchial foreign bodies that were not inhaled. One of them was found in the right lower bronchus after having penetrated through a wound in the chest wall. The other was lodged in the right main bronchus after penetration through a wound in the soft tissue of the neck. Both foreign bodies were successfully removed with the bronchoscope.
