The main treatment of recurrent and advanced endometrial carcinoma are chemotherapy and/or endocrine therapy. Some of the combination chemotherapy, including Cis-platinum are useful in advanced and recurrent endometrial carcinoma, and progestational agents are available for adjuvant chemo-endocrine therapy after operation of endometrial carcinoma. Authors consider the literatures of the chemotherapy and endocrine therapy for endometrial carcinoma and describe our own cases.
