The deep technological innovations undergone by the medical profession, the changed relationships between physician and patient, the ever-growing attention given by public opinion to sanitary problems, as well as the growing expectation for the positive results of all me actions have determined, specially in these last years, medico-legal problems connected to the different spestic medico-surgery activities, so that also the ortodo is called to a constant comparison not only with ethical deontological problems, but with the juridical ones too.
医学专业所经历的深刻技术创新、医患关系的变化、公众舆论对卫生问题的日益关注，以及对所有医疗行动积极结果的期望不断提高，特别是在最近几年，已经决定了与不同的医疗手术活动相关的法医学问题，以至于矫形外科不仅要不断地与伦理道义问题进行比较，还要与法律问题进行比较。 （注：原文中“spestic”可能有误，推测应为“specific” ）
