[Failures of histopathological verification in malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses].

In the years 1966-80, 96 patients with malignant tumors of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were operated upon at ENT Department, Medical Academy, Cracow. The frequency of failures in histopathologic confirmation and results of treatment were evaluated. The failures concerned tumors locally advanced.
