The article considers the role of dispanserization of population in diseases prevention on the municipal level of health care. The study demonstrated the need to change the legal base of dispanserization, including the forms of accounting reporting documentation. It is necessary to return into dispanserization the patients' examination rooms and checklists to organize the personified registration of risk factors propagation in population. The list of the mostly informative laboratory and instrumental modes of examination important for diagnostics is to be approved. The express-diagnostics, the individual and population health promoting technologies and information health system are to be implemented into public health.
