We describe a case of non-functioning adrenal cortical carcinoma, which recurred 16 years after surgical adrenalectomy. In addition, the patient was successfully treated for two anatomically separate and histologically different, primary malignant tumours. This case highlights the importance of lifelong follow-up after apparently curative surgical excision of an adrenal tumour.
我们报告一例无功能性肾上腺皮质癌病例，该病例在肾上腺切除术后16年复发。此外，该患者成功治愈了两个解剖位置不同且组织学类型不同的原发性恶性肿瘤。该病例突出了肾上腺肿瘤看似根治性手术切除后进行终身随访的重要性。
