Abstract

For 3 cases, the authors made a clinical and ballistic analysis of the penetration of war projectiles inside the eye and the orbit. They emphasize the seriousness of the injuries, the multiplicity of the operations, the need for participation of different specialists and lastly, the almost-inescapable loss of sight.
