Headache related with sexual activity (HAS) is a rare benign headache disorder. HAS is classified into pre-orgasmic and orgasmic headache. Increased intracranial pressure secondary to a Valsalva maneuver during orgasm has been proposed as a possible mechanism for orgasmic headache. We report a patient presenting with orgasmic headache associated with large supratentorial arachnoid cyst.
与性行为相关的头痛（HAS）是一种罕见的良性头痛疾病。HAS 分为性前头痛和性头痛。在性高潮期间通过瓦尔萨尔瓦动作引起的颅内压升高被认为是性头痛的可能机制。我们报告了一例伴有大幕上蛛网膜囊肿的性头痛患者。
