We present a clinical case of a temporo-mandibular joint dysfunction pain syndrome treated with occlusal rehabilitation consisting on ceramometalic prosthodontic restorations. The result obtained after five years of evolution is excellent, due to the use of adequate technical and clinical procedures together with suitable hygienic habits and the post-treatment establishment of an occlusal splint used exclusively at night.
我们展示了一例颞下颌关节功能紊乱疼痛综合征的临床病例，该病例采用了包括烤瓷金属修复体的咬合重建治疗。经过五年的随访，由于采用了适当的技术和临床操作，以及合适的卫生习惯，并在治疗后佩戴仅在夜间使用的咬合板，取得了极佳的效果。
