We present a case of miliary tuberculosis presenting as fever of unknown origin in an immunosuppressed patient following renal transplantation. Biopsy of the renal transplant revealed acid-fast bacilli histopathologically. Eye examination revealed bilateral choroidal tubercles. Recipients of kidney transplants with fever of undetermined aetiology should be investigated for tuberculosis and fundoscopy performed.
我们报告一例肾移植后免疫抑制患者出现以不明原因发热为表现的粟粒性肺结核病例。肾移植活检组织病理学检查发现抗酸杆菌。眼部检查发现双侧脉络膜结核结节。对于病因不明发热的肾移植受者,应进行结核病调查并进行眼底镜检查。
