Abstract

There are a few cases of the neuroendorine carcinoma localized in the hypopharynx. We present two cases of this disease. We also recognize infiltration of the larynx, characteristic clinical findings, metastases in the neck nodes, patomorfological problems in the differential diagnosis which are solved using immunohistochemic testing.

有少数神经内分泌癌病例定位于下咽。我们报告两例这种疾病。我们还认识到喉的浸润、特征性临床发现、颈部淋巴结转移以及鉴别诊断中的病理形态学问题，这些问题通过免疫组化检测得以解决。
