Abstract
Fresh autologous pericardium is an alternative aortic valve substitute for children; however, the data were scarce and mixing. We presented a case of a 2-year-old boy who underwent right coronary leaflet replacement with fresh autologous pericardium and ventricular septal defect correction. At 17-year follow-up, the valve was in good condition and the patient remained asymptomatic without any medication.

新鲜自体心包是儿童主动脉瓣替代物的一种选择；然而，相关数据稀少且混杂。我们报告了一例2岁男孩，他接受了新鲜自体心包右冠状动脉瓣叶置换术及室间隔缺损修补术。在17年的随访中，瓣膜状况良好，患者未用药且无症状。
