In this paper we review the present knowledge on the etiological factors and pathogenetic mechanisms of the fetal akinesia deformation sequence, based on a fetopathological approach. Special attention is given to two sever, lethal subgroups i.e. the Pena-Shokeir I syndrome and the lethal multiple pterygium syndrome.
在本文中，我们基于胎儿病理学方法，综述了目前关于胎儿运动减少变形序列征的病因学因素和发病机制的知识。特别关注了两个严重的致死亚组，即佩纳-绍凯尔I型综合征和致死性多发性翼状胬肉综合征。
