Abstract
General regularities of changes in the regional venous and systemic hemodynamics under the influence of venotropic drugs are considered. Particular emphasis is given to problems of pharmacodynamics of venotropic agents. The mechanisms of their action, similarity and differences in phlebohemodynamic effects, problems of clinical use and also prospects of the further research on pharmacology of venotropic agents are discussed.

本文探讨了静脉活性药物作用下局部静脉和全身血流动力学变化的一般规律。特别强调了静脉活性药物的药效学问题。讨论了它们的作用机制、静脉血液动力学效应的异同、临床应用问题以及静脉活性药物药理学进一步研究的前景。
