The problem of tuberculosis combined with HIV-infection is most actual one in Irkutskaya oblast. In this region, the morbidity and prevalence of tuberculosis exceeds similar Russian national indicators up to 1.5 times and corresponding rate of HIV-infection is one of leading on national level. In these conditions, enhancing of tuberculosis treatment and prevention activities is needed. The article discusses the ways of practical implementation of organizational principles of provision of medical care to patients with tuberculosis combined with HIV-infection on the regional level.
结核病合并艾滋病毒感染问题在伊尔库茨克州最为严峻。在该地区，结核病的发病率和患病率超过俄罗斯全国类似指标达1.5倍，而相应的艾滋病毒感染率在全国处于领先水平。在这种情况下，有必要加强结核病的治疗和预防工作。本文探讨了在地区层面为结核病合并艾滋病毒感染患者提供医疗服务的组织原则的实际实施途径。
