A young woman with recurrent painful lesions on the dorsal aspects of her hands associated with arthralgia presented with pain and redness of both eyes. After extensive investigations, a diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum accompanied by peripheral ulcerative keratitis was made. The patient was treated with dapsone 50 mg, t.i.d., and responded well.
一位年轻女性手部背侧反复出现疼痛性皮损，伴有关节痛，出现双眼疼痛和发红。经过广泛的检查，诊断为持久性隆起性红斑伴外周溃疡性角膜炎。给予患者氨苯砜 50mg，每日三次治疗，病情得到了很好的控制。
