The case is a 56-year-old woman, who came to our hospital for bloody flux as chief complaint. Small intestine radiography examination revealed findings suspected of jejunal leiomyosarcoma, but selective angiography confirmed a tumor deep-infected image with omental artery alone as arteria nutricia, leading to the diagnosis as omental tumor.
该病例为一名56岁女性，以便血为主诉前来我院就诊。小肠造影检查显示疑似空肠平滑肌肉瘤的表现，但选择性血管造影证实仅以网膜动脉为营养动脉的肿瘤深部感染影像，从而诊断为网膜肿瘤。
