Laparoscopic wedge resection of gastric submucosal tumor may be difficult in case of the endophytic mass or the mass located unreachable area such as cardia, and intragastric approach can be useful. We would present the experiences of the intragastric wedge resection.
There were 7 patients diagnosed as gastric submucosal tumor and underwent the intragastric wedge resection at Surgery, Chungnam National University Hospital. We reviewed medical record.
There were 3 male and 4 female. Mean age was 65 years-old (5773). Mean body mass index was 26.28 kg/m(2) (21.2835.30). Location of lesions was 4 cardia, 2 fundus and 1 midbody, respectively. Mean operation time was 83.6 minutes (70105). All patients were healed without any complication. Mean postoperative hospital stay was 5.4 days (46). Mean size was 2.7 cm (2.3~3.8). Pathologic finding was 5 gastrointestinal stromal tumor and 2 leiomyoma.
The single incision intragastric wedge resection of gastric submucosal tumor is feasible and acceptable, especially in mass of gastric upper part.
对于内镜下难以切除的固有型或位于贲门等难以到达部位的黏膜下肿瘤，可采用经胃途径进行楔形切除术。我们将介绍经胃楔形切除术的经验。
在忠南大学医院外科，有 7 例被诊断为胃黏膜下肿瘤的患者接受了经胃楔形切除术。我们对病历进行了回顾。
患者中男 3 例，女 4 例，平均年龄 65 岁（5773 岁），平均 BMI 为 26.28 kg/m²（21.2835.30）。病变部位分别为贲门 4 例、胃底部 2 例和胃体部 1 例。手术时间平均为 83.6 分钟（70105 分钟）。所有患者均未出现任何并发症而治愈，术后平均住院时间为 5.4 天（46 天）。肿瘤平均大小为 2.7 cm（2.3~3.8 cm）。病理检查结果为胃肠道间质瘤 5 例，平滑肌瘤 2 例。
经胃单一切口楔形切除术治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤是可行且可接受的，尤其是对于胃上部的肿瘤。
