Abstract
Osteoid osteoma is a benign tumor that can be seen in both cortical or cancellous bone. Radiographic appearance is usually diagnostic. It consists of a small nidus usually less than 1.5cm and a surrounding bony sclerosis. We present one case of osteoid osteoma with an unusual (nearly completely calcified) nidus.

骨样骨瘤是一种良性肿瘤，可发生于皮质骨或松质骨。其放射学表现通常具有诊断意义。它由一个通常小于 1.5cm 的小病灶和周围的骨硬化组成。我们报告 1 例病灶表现为不常见（几乎完全钙化）的骨样骨瘤。
