Abstract
INTRODUCTION
The scapula is one of the most common locations for chondrosarcomas. They may have a primary or secondary origin, and they can be due to a degeneration of benign lesions or be secondary to radiotherapy. The surgical treatment presents good survival rates, if safety margins are preserved.
PRESENTATION OF CASE
We present the case of a chondrosarcoma of the scapula secondary to a radiodermatitis that required a modified total scapulectomy with a latissimus dorsi flap.
DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION
Operations that respect or try to preserve the function of the upper limb must be taken into consideration in tumors of the pectoral girdle.

引言
肩胛骨是软骨肉瘤最常见的发病部位之一。软骨肉瘤可能起源于原发性或继发性，可能是良性病变退变所致，也可能继发于放射治疗。如果能保留安全切缘，手术治疗的生存率较高。
病例介绍
我们报告一例因放射性皮炎继发的肩胛骨软骨肉瘤病例，该病例需要行改良全肩胛骨切除术并带背阔肌皮瓣修复。
讨论与结论
对于胸带部肿瘤，必须考虑采取能保留或尽量保留上肢功能的手术。
