26 patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicate by infection of urinary tract, have been decreased bactericidal activity of granulocytes. No changes has been noted in the bactericidal activity of plasma. These results suggested that neutrophils in rheumatoid synovial membrane plays important role of inflammation processes.
26例类风湿性关节炎合并泌尿系统感染患者的粒细胞杀菌活性降低。血浆杀菌活性未见变化。这些结果表明，类风湿滑膜中的中性粒细胞在炎症过程中起重要作用。
