To study the fibrolytic and hypotensive activity of earthworm homogenate of ultrafiltration separation from simulated enzymolysis of gastrointestinal tract system.
The before and after enzymolysis homogenate of fresh earthworm was seperated with different pore size PVDF ultrafiltration membrane and its fibrolytic and hypotensive activity was assayed.
The fibrolytic activity of the total homogenate after enzymolysis overall changed little, but decreased in the the site of higher molecular weight and increased in the lower site of molecular weight; The ACE inhibitory activity improved, especially in the filtrate of the MW 4000 membrane.
The fibrolytic activity of earthworm homogenate was not reduced by the digestive simulated enzymolysis, and the retention site of MW 10 000 membrane have more fibrolytic activity; The hypotensive activity of earthworm homogenate is enhanced by the digestive simulated enzymolysis. So the stronger activity could be obtained from enzymolysis.

用不同孔径的聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜分离新鲜蚯蚓酶解前后的匀浆,并测定其纤溶和降压活性。
酶解后总匀浆的纤溶活性总体变化不大,但高分子量部位降低,低分子量部位升高;ACE抑制活性提高,尤其是分子量4000膜的滤液。
模拟消化酶解未降低蚯蚓匀浆的纤溶活性,分子量10000膜截留部位的纤溶活性更高;模拟消化酶解增强了蚯蚓匀浆的降压活性。因此酶解可获得更强的活性。
