The temporoparietal fascia is a thin, pliable and well-vascularized sheet of tissue available in large amounts. It is easily transferred to distant recipient sites by microvascular anastomosis or can be used as island pedicle flap. The fineness and flexibility of this flap, combined with the absence of sequelae at the donor site led us to use the fascia in a case for closure of a nasal septal perforation.
颞顶筋膜是一种薄的、柔韧且血管丰富的组织层，数量充足。它可通过微血管吻合术轻松转移至远处的受区，或用作岛状带蒂皮瓣。该皮瓣的精细度和柔韧性，再加上供区无后遗症，促使我们在一例鼻中隔穿孔修复病例中使用了该筋膜。
