[Modern imaging of the larynx].

Many diseases of the larynx can be diagnosed by clinical examination. In many cases, however, further diagnostic procedures are necessary to receive adequate information on the localisation and extent of the lesion. In the present paper the authors report on the different possibilities of diagnostic imaging of the larynx. The value of each technique is discussed to set adequate indications as well as to recommend an appropriate imaging for laryngeal lesions.
