Abstract

PURPOSE

To report the use of fibrin glue to seal microperforations in Descemet membrane (DM) during deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK).

METHODS

Two patients with keratoconus underwent DALK complicated by DM microperforation. Fibrin glue was successfully used to seal the microperforation in both cases.

RESULTS

DM remained attached postoperatively in both cases, with no opacification, increased inflammation, or vascularization of the corneal stroma.

CONCLUSIONS

The use of fibrin glue for managing microperforations in DALK may be a viable option.

目的

报告在深板层角膜移植术(DALK)中使用纤维蛋白胶封闭后弹力层(Descemet 膜,DM)微穿孔的情况。

方法

两名圆锥角膜患者在接受 DALK 手术后出现 DM 微穿孔,均成功使用纤维蛋白胶封闭微穿孔。

结果

术后 DM 均保持在位,无混浊、炎症加重或角膜基质血管化。

结论

在 DALK 中使用纤维蛋白胶处理微穿孔可能是一种可行的选择。
