Abstract
People undergoing post-treatment care are looking to reinforce the abstinence which they have put in place during the physical withdrawal carried out in hospital. They are received in a follow-up care and rehabilitation centre (CSSR) specialised in addictology in Brest by a multi-disciplinary team for a period of three months, which can be extended depending on the progress of each patient. The nurse's role in the post-treatment period focuses on support.
