In the study it has been investigated in what way therapeutical interventions influence the clarification/explication processes of psychosomatic and non-psychosomatic clients. It was found that therapists exert a strong influence on the clients' explication processes, that the type of the content references made by the therapist strongly influences the effects of the interventions and that the processes of psychosomatic clients are less capable of being furthered than that of non-psychosomatic clients. Theoretical and practical implications of the results are discussed.
在该研究中，调查了治疗干预以何种方式影响心身疾病患者和非心身疾病患者的澄清/阐释过程。结果发现，治疗师对患者的阐释过程有很大影响，治疗师所做内容参考的类型对干预效果有强烈影响，且心身疾病患者的过程比非心身疾病患者的过程更难得到推进。讨论了这些结果的理论和实践意义。
