[Comparative characteristic of a dorsum mucous structure of tongue in habitants of the Republic of Armenia and ethnic-and-race groups of Russia for aim of the forensic medical examination].

There are investigated the structural features of the mucous membrane of the dorsum of tongue, as well as pigmentation of the gums and tongue in residents of the Republic of Armenia in order to determine the ethnic-and-race of an individual. A comprehensive research, which included clinical, morphometric and histological studies and statistical analysis was conducted. The data obtained were compared with those of other ethnic-and-race groups. The carried out study can be used to identify an ethnic origin of person.
