Abstract
The authors present magnetic resonance imaging as an accurate modality that is available for evaluating lower extremity pediatric pathology. They examine various disorders, and review proper magnetic resonance techniques. Soft tissue, cartilaginous, and certain osseous abnormalities are inspected.
