We report a case of cystic mesothelioma of the peritoneum in a 54-year-old man in whom cystic masses were removed twice by surgery at an interval of 2 years. The patient died of cardiac arrest shortly after the second operation for a concurrent unresectable colonic cancer. The pathogenesis of the disease is uncertain, but we consider it neoplastic of low grade malignancy.
我们报告一例54岁男性腹膜囊性间皮瘤病例，该患者曾两次接受手术切除囊性肿物，两次手术间隔2年。患者在第二次手术后不久因并发无法切除的结肠癌而死于心脏骤停。该病的发病机制尚不确定，但我们认为它是低度恶性肿瘤。
