This paper describes the case of a 58-year-old woman suffering from nasal mucous membrane involvement from sarcoidosis, and stresses the importance of the otorhinolaryngological manifestations of this disease and the role of the ORL specialist in diagnosing it. We note that sarcoidosis may first appear in the form of this type of symptoms and that in cases of uncertain or unusual etiology, a histopathological study is essential in diagnosing this process. We then review the treatment used by different authors in the literature, which we also applied to our patient.
