The purpose of the study is to identify the mechanisms and degree of hemodynamic disturbances during anesthesia in children with CSIP.
70 patients in the age from 3 to 17 years were divided into 2 groups by type of anesthesia: general and combined epidural anesthesia. We estimated changes in central hemodynamics at the stages of anesthesia and surgery with the help of rheographic monitor Diamnant M.
Hemodynamic changes found in all groups, indicates the anasthesia drugs impact in the conditions of the decreased adaptative-compensatory possibilities of the circulation system.
The main role in the correction of hemodynamic indices in this group of patients belongs to the volume of the infusion support, which is necessary to increase during the intervention from 19.8 to 28.9 ml/kg/h depending on the age of patients.
