Abstract

The ratio of the period of cardiac cycle to the period of vessel autofluctuations is constant in healthy resting humans. This ratio constitutes 1.309 +/- 0.068. The same correlation is observed between the duration of the pneumo-cycle and the period of respiratory arrhythmia. At working and post-constriction hyperemia, there is a resonance in cardiac-respiratory-hemodynamic system that synchronizes the fluctuation processes of its constituent elements and increases the RVG amplitude. The data obtained have been discussed.

在健康的静息人体中,心动周期与血管自身波动周期的比值是恒定的。该比值为1.309±0.068。在呼吸周期时长与呼吸性心律失常周期之间也观察到同样的相关性。在工作和收缩后充血状态下,心脏-呼吸-血液动力学系统中存在共振,使该系统各组成部分的波动过程同步,并增加了RKG振幅。已对所获得的数据进行了讨论。
