OBJECTIVE
To present a case report of crossed fused renal ectopia treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy at our hospital and to perform a literature review.
METHODS/RESULTS: We present the case of a male with renal calculi in a crossed ectopic and fused kidney, treated satisfactorily with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in a one-stage surgery through an upper pole access
CONCLUSIONS
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a minimally invasive procedure with good results and low morbidity in this kind of patients. It is technically demanding and requires surgeon's ability and experience.
目的
介绍我院经皮肾镜取石术治疗交叉融合肾异位的病例报告并进行文献复习。
方法/结果：我们报告了1例交叉异位融合肾合并肾结石男性患者的病例，通过上极入路经皮肾镜取石术一期手术治疗效果满意。
结论
经皮肾镜取石术是一种微创手术，对此类患者效果良好且发病率低。该手术技术要求高，需要术者具备相应能力和经验。
