In examination of 74 patients with surgical diseases of the hepatopancreatoduodenal organs, the authors have established the deepest morphological changes in the duodenal mucosa in patients with complicated form of cholelithiasis and chronic impairment of duodenal patency. Impaired motility of the duodenum contributed to reproduction of microflora in its contents, and led to the development of duodenitis in these patients.
在对74例患有肝胰十二指肠器官外科疾病的患者进行检查时，作者发现，在患有复杂性胆结石和十二指肠通畅性慢性损害的患者中，十二指肠黏膜的形态学变化最为显著。十二指肠蠕动功能受损导致其内容物中微生物群繁殖，并致使这些患者患上十二指肠炎。
