The present paper reports our personal data on gonadotropin therapy in patients with idiopathic secretory oligozoospermia due to a low biological activity of LH. In recent years the use of more specific diagnostic procedures, particularly the biological assay of gonadotropins, and a better knowledge of the biological and pharmacological properties of hormones, increased the indications of hormonal treatment in male infertility, not only through the synthesis of new active compounds but mainly broading the field of application of gonadotropins.
本文报告了我们对因促黄体生成素(LH)生物活性低所致特发性分泌性少精子症患者进行促性腺激素治疗的个人数据。近年来,更特异的诊断方法的应用,尤其是促性腺激素的生物测定,以及对激素生物学和药理学特性的更深入了解,不仅通过合成新的活性化合物,而且主要通过拓宽促性腺激素的应用领域,增加了激素治疗男性不育症的适应证。
