To study the MRI manifestation of testicular tumor and the value of MRI in the diagnosis of the disease.
We retrospectively analyzed 23 cases of pathologically confirmed testicular tumor, and observed the morphological characteristics, signals and surrounding conditions of the tumor using plain and enhanced MRI scanning.

探讨睾丸肿瘤的MRI表现及MRI在该病诊断中的价值。
回顾性分析23例经病理证实的睾丸肿瘤患者，采用MRI平扫及增强扫描，观察肿瘤的形态特征、信号及周围情况。
23例中，精原细胞瘤7例，混合性生殖细胞瘤3例，畸胎瘤3例，内胚窦瘤2例，表皮样囊肿1例，间质细胞瘤1例，白膜囊肿1例，非特异性炎性肿块3例，结核2例。MRI显示了肿瘤的准确位置及特征。
根据MRI表现及临床表现，多数睾丸肿瘤可得到正确诊断。
