[Stable osteosynthesis on the hand].

The authors write on the usefulness of the A.S.I.F. Small Fragment Instrumentary, its possible ways of application in the treatment of fractures of bones of the hand. The operative techniques is introduced, indication and contraindications based on the clinical material of the authors are discussed in the article. Limitations to the application of this method are also included.
